The client wanted to update her current living & dining space. We aimed to infuse a sense of modern sophistication with traditional charm. By juxtaposing classic elements with sleek contemporary accents we achieved a space that is truly dynamic and inviting. Some key design elements that levelled up this design was adding molding to the walls, statement lighting and a new custom built-in fireplace & entertainment wall in the living room.

We used a soft neutral colour palette to create a spacious and bright atmosphere and divided the space into different zones for versatility. Unique custom-built cabinetry defined the living/entertainment area and maximized storage. In the primary bedroom, we aimed to create a calming and luxurious vibe by using soothing greige paint, soft patterned wallpaper, plush fabrics, and a headboard to achieve a tranquil oasis.

We completely overhauled and transformed their space by introducing new flooring, lighting and decor, while reconfiguring the layout to accommodate a small office. We utilized a soothing colour palette of tranquil blues and warm neutrals to create a soft beachy vibe. Incorporating plush textures and captivating patterns helped us achieve a cozy, visually engaging space that perfectly captured the essence of a relaxing coastal retreat.

Embracing the open concept design, the decor established a seamless flow between rooms. The layout was reconfigured to include a third bedroom and a new laundry room to better meet the homeowners’ needs. The introduction of a bright white kitchen, gentle muted tones, tranquil blues and warm woods, created a relaxing and calm atmosphere. This completely remodeled home is now perfect for hosting gatherings, while also offering the homeowners a great space to relax and unwind together.

By installing a subfloor and laminate wood flooring, we laid the groundwork for a functional space, complemented by abundant seating for entertaining. A dated fireplace received a facelift, while custom cabinetry was added to optimize storage potential. Warm greige tones and soft greens breathed new life into the space, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance for the family to connect and unwind in.
